- Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
- No. The entire setup is a short onboarding wizard. We handle the infrastructure, the model routing, and the deployment. You just answer a few questions about how you want your agent to behave.
- What does 'dedicated container' mean?
- Each agent runs in its own isolated environment on AWS Fargate. Your data is never mixed with another customer's agent, and you get consistent performance regardless of how many other agents are running on the platform.
- Can I pause or cancel my agent?
- Yes — you can pause or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Pausing stops the agent from running but keeps your configuration. Cancelling removes the container at the end of your billing period.
- Which AI models do the agents use?
- Agents use a mix of models routed through our LLM proxy depending on the task — faster, cheaper models for routine work and more capable models for complex reasoning. You're always billed a flat monthly fee regardless of model usage.
